Please Note: Sometime these steps will differ to suit your building journey, like if you already have a design complete or would like to do prestart after contracts are signed to give your time to achieve your finance approval. We will discuss your jounrye with you and customise it to make sure it the best path.
All our Designs are 100% custom. We don’t buy into the cookie cutter style of building – we understand that one size does not fit all. Basically, we listen to what you want and how you live to create your home design. Our satisfaction comes by making your family’s home right for YOU.
Once our concept design is complete and fits your families wants and your budget we will then proceed to obtain the local authorities planning approval (if required - note: not all projects require a planning approval).
Tendering & Builder Selection
While your home is in for planning approval (if required) we will progress to the next stage to select the right builder for you based off your design and your build journey/ experience. We will advise the most stumble builder to meet your budget, timeframes, service levels and overall experience.
Prestart is the fun part where we are here to assist you selecting all the colours and finishes to your home as well as its a time to make sure you understand every inch of your plans in detail.
Once your selections have been completed and planning approval has been granted we will work hard in the background to confirm your fixed price lump sum contract amount so that we can sign your HIA contract together ready to get things all lined up for your finance approval and for construction to commence.
Once your building contracts have been signed off we will proceed to obtain all necessary approvals prior to starting works like your energy efficiency certificate, local authority building permit and the water corporation's approval. Once the last approval comes in we go straight to construction.
